The wonderful gentleman on the phone remembered my order, and ended up sending the driver back to drop off my precious cream cheese. Normally, I’d just say “eh, whatever”. But when you’re sick, and you’ve craving something and you’re let down.. only to have some glorious person come in and save your day! Well, folks, that’s a story for the times. Thank you to my Cottage Inn Heroes, who saved this sickly, dramatic woman's day with garlic cream cheese. Which I inhaled in an embarassingly small amount of time.“

“Listen, there are some not-so-great reviews for Masseys here on Google, but I'm here to RAVE about them. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza (sliced in traditional pie wedges, you heathens of Columbus) around 830pm on a Wednesday night, picked it up 15 mins later right before closing, and it was perfection. It was hot, had a terrific amount of cheese, and the pepperoni was crisp and plentiful. It was the best pizza I've had in Franklin County since moving here 3 years ago. I'm not exaggerating. “I ordered a Mariachi Beef from DoorDash and realized we weren't able to put no tomatoes on the app. I called in a few minutes after we ordered and even though the pizza had already been started i think, the manager still corrected it and got us the pizza how we wanted. Kind of a pain in the butt request but he took care of me anyway with a nice tone. Excellent customer service skills. Oh and the pizza was fire per usual.“
