“We really like this place and go there often. We have had several things on the menu, and it has all been good. We especially like the gyros and the potato teasers.Friendly staff, and it's always clean here. Something for everyone on the menu, and we have picky eaters in our group.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid favorites available“
“I found this place on Google Reviews where over 1.1k people rated this place as great and they were spot on. I ordered the wings and ribs. It was great. I opted for the spicy BBQ sauce. It was sweet and spicy. The beans were great, the portions were large. My son got the Helluva Hangover burger and it hit the spot. My wife ordered a Mish mash of apps and sides, all great! The owner stopped by several tables to talk, including ours. It was like we were in small town America where everyone knows everyone. In addition to the great resturant, they do a lot of community service. We'll be back to support this awesome business! I recommend you do too.“
“We had a large group and we were able to get the back room, we had 10-15 kids and another 10 adults. Our server was awesome, everything came out in a timely fashion. All drinks were filled, and food was delicious!!Kid-friendliness: We had an entire soccer team with us in between games.“
“It has expanded since it first opened years ago. The layout is inviting and seems to cater to a wide variety of crowds (genX - genZ). The service is what you'd expect from any other sports bar, the bartenders are personable and attentive. The food is bar food, which isn't a bad thing, especially served with alcohol and alcohol, so enjoy.Prices are reflective of the current economy, inflation and supply issues make going out a little more tight, but this place was worth the hangout.“
“Food is always good, plus they have my favorite beer - Ky Bourbon Barrel Ale - on tap. Our waitress did an excellent job, and the support staff stopped by several times. It can get a little loud, they may want to consider adding acoustic tiles in the ceiling to absorb sound“
“The Hilliard Yabo’s is an awesome place to eat and hang out with friends. The food and drinks are very good. They also have held a few bourbon tastings there also. You get to taste bourbon and learn a little more about it. They also pair up a taco that goes well with each of the bourbons. It was very well organized, informative and just plain fun! Can’t wait to do it again!! So if you’re looking for a great taco place, don’t hesitate to stop in and try the Hilliard Yabo’s!Parking: Plenty of parking in front of Yabo’s and in a lot across the street from them.“
“I went bowling here with these 5 super hot blondes. I loved it! The workers were very kind and sweet. Owen and Tyson especially showed a lot of kindness. The food was amazing too. Well only I had food. I didn't let the hot blondes get any food cause I didn't want them to ruin their breath!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA“
“Such a fun place to hang with the family for the afternoon. We went with our teenagers and their friends and got two lanes. Recommendation for parents - 1 hour bowling is plenty. Food is great and our waitress was very attentive with great service.“
“Stopped in on 12/30 and the place was packed. That did not stop the staff from committing to giving it their all. Sat at the bar and they did not stop pusing orders and keeping the drive thru flowing. Compared to Hillard Rome Rd. & South High St. this location will be my new go to. Got three loaded cheese coneys, was made fresh and got to me quickly.“
“Love this little mom and pop place! Set right in the middle of downtown Hilliard, ohio, its a great place to eat and very welcoming. The staff make you feel like they know who you are from the moment you sit down, and are always willing to do what they can to help make the most of your experience w them! Would highly recommend!“
“My family and I, a group of 17 people, had lunch together at this restaurant. The restaurant is not very spacious, and we had to sit closely together at an L-shaped table to accommodate everyone. The ambiance appeared clean, except for the restrooms which needed some attention. The food we ordered arrived promptly, and the service was friendly with reasonable prices. However, the portion sizes were not substantial, and a few of us still felt hungry after the meal. The taste of the food varied depending on what each person ordered.“
“This is the newest Old Bag of Nails and is certainly worth checking out. It's a spacious restaurant with an old-English vibe (unlike some of the others I've been to and my favorite thus far). The food was satisfying, and the service was great. I got the french onion soup and a side salad while my BF ordered the fish and chips. We came on Sunday for lunch, so it all worked out well for us.“
“App was okay, very little chips with the spinach dip for the price - had almost half of the dip left when chips were gone. Vodka drink was good - nice ratio of vodka to lemonade and ice. Hamburger, fish, shrimp meals were wonderful and the chocolate cake was to die for. We got off on a sour note with the waitstaff at first, but by end of our time together all was good.“
“Went to watch a bowl game and the atmosphere was the same as a TGI Friday's or Chili's. The service was good but lagged towards closing time (to be expected), though the kitchen closed an hour before the doors did.The food is ok, the wings were a little dry and several flavors were unavailable. I doubt i'd go back, but that's mostly a distance thing.“
“Great place. The food is awesome and the drinks amazing. The staff are friendly.Vegetarian options: Not sure if there is an actual menu section for vegetarians, yet I know they can substitute a meat for cauliflower or tofu.Dietary restrictions: Just let the server know. Most items made from scratch so this is an easy fix.Parking: There is one row of parking right in front of the townhomes...don't be rude and take one of those places. People live thereKid-friendliness: Awesome place for kids to come as wellWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible entrances“
“EDIT: Still a great joint, but there has to be a way to improve the seating process during busy times. There's nowhere to stand or sit, and they won't seat anyone at the round table in the back. I stood for 40 minutes with two others and half the time that table was empty. The whole counter up front should be removed to make room for customers waiting. It's truly an awful experience coming to Olympic Diner when it's busy.A rare bird of a restaurant, a local, classic diner, but with genuinely good food and service. The owning family all work there and are extremely friendly and ever present. They will remember who you are.“
