I went through the drive through this evening. A new hire at the register wasn’t sure how to ring up a gift card and said his manager had to show him how. The manager named Steve walked up to the young man and showed him step by step how to process the sale. One of the biggest issues in the world nowadays is customer service and coaching of team members within an organization. Gotta have me some Skyline every now and then. Thought I was going to have to avoid it now that my blood glucose has risen in to diabetes range. But I learned I can get a bowl loaded with beans and onions, which is a very low carb treat. I tested my blood glucose level two hours later and it was perfectly fine. Might have to eat here more often now.Dietary restrictions: Bowl is a low carb meal.

Stopped in on 12/30 and the place was packed. That did not stop the staff from committing to giving it their all. Sat at the bar and they did not stop pusing orders and keeping the drive thru flowing. Compared to Hillard Rome Rd. & South High St. this location will be my new go to. Got three loaded cheese coneys, was made fresh and got to me quickly.
