Overpriced big time service is hit or miss
It's Panera, not the best but far from the worst, consistently good.
Service was noticeably poor. Pick-up line was very long and food took over half an hour to be ready. Staff seemed to be confused and forgetful. Either the place is understaffed or employees are undertrained.

Panera Bread offers a mixed experience with its food quality and prices being a concern. The lobby is nice and air conditioned, providing a nice atmosphere to get some work done. While some orders may have missing items, the staff are quick to rectify mistakes and provide friendly service, and the cashier and shift supervisor can offer great customer service. However, the restaurant can be consistently mediocre and always filthy. The chocolate chip cookie is often not fresh and very hard, and the cinnamon roll was also not fresh. The new spicy steak Bagel sandwich is really good. Vegetarian options include a variety of salads, with fruit and yogurt options for those with dietary restrictions. Parking is wheelchair accessible and ample.
