“I ordered Kung Pao Chicken for lunch. It was a beautiful combination of fresh and bright vegetables with juicy pieces of chicken. It Had the right amount of kick and the sauce was so flavorful. My favorite part of kung pao is the peanuts that help counter act the spiciness. Which grand china did not disappoint me and had a nice amount of peanuts in the dish! I also loved they used zucchini in this dish it was superb. Lunch is fairly priced at $7 a combination. I will be back to try more dishes !
April 2026 update
I tried their HUGE JUICY FRIED WINGS , were picked up on a Friday night while at the bar few doors down. Super impressed with the flavor, crispiness and size of theses wings. I already loved the traditional Chinese takeout from here and now I have to start picking up these bug juicy wings!
I do think you guys should offer some sweet n sour or even a house sauce to sell along side it too. It would have been a huge hit with the girls! They were kinda mad I had no sauce.“

“Ordered two take out salads tonight. I was so impressed with a lovely young lady named Ava who helped prepare my order. The young cashier had keyed in the wrong salad and when I noticed the error, Ava was quick to assure me that she would make the salad I wanted. She had such a wonderful attitude and made me feel that she truly cared about doing her job well. Hats off to this sweet gal!“

“I stopped in to the filling station for the first time ever yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised. There I met Devon who greeted me in a very timely manner. Was greeted with a smile and thanked me for stopping by. The service was impeccable. I later met Nicole who was equally attentive and provided fantastic customer care. Food was awesome and reasonably priced. Often times when I stop into a bar for the first time I’m ignored for the “regulars”. Not here on the contrary Devon and Nicole treated me as if I was a regular who had been going there for years!! Thanks to all I’ll be back.

“Grinders is my ultimate favorite baked sandwich shop!!! I've been eating here since college, and although some locations are not on my radar any longer, LINCOLN VILLAGE STILL MAKES THE AMAZING SANDWICHES I FEEL IN LOVE WITH "a few" YEARS AGO 😉 !!! In addition to the great food, the owners and staff are wonderful. I'll be a fan for life!“

“Our waiter was absolutely fantastic. He was ready to graduate and move to Texas for work . We were able to give him some pointers on where to find apartments and where to avoid since he was moving to our old stomping grounds. Very good food.“

“I had a great experience! I was in just to get some bagels and cream cheese. I came in right after opening so some of the bagels I wanted weren't out yet. Duncan went in the back and collected them for me and sliced them up as I requested. I experienced great customer service and would visit again.“

“The food was great! I ordered a Pick Two with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Strawberry Lemon Poppyseed Salad, along with a brownie for dessert.
When I arrived to pick up my order, they were unfortunately out of brownies, but the staff was very friendly and quickly helped me choose a substitute without any hassle. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was excellent.
Good food, friendly staff, and a smooth experience overall. I couldn't ask for more!“
