Panera Bread Reviews
I had a great experience! I was in just to get some bagels and cream cheese. I came in right after opening so some of the bagels I wanted weren't out yet. Duncan went in the back and collected them for me and sliced them up as I requested. I experienced great customer service and would visit again.
The manager and his team were fantastic! I order my sandwich not knowing that it would be a cold sandwich. I went to ask the gentleman if I could have it warmed up. He was gracious enough to make me a brand new sandwich! He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wasn’t irritated in the least! This is what client service should look like. I work in banking and will use this as an example for my team.
Good customer service, food very delicious. Portions smaller and higher in price then last here which was over a year ago. Prices doubled in a couple years.

Panera Bread offers a variety of food options, including the Mediterranean sandwich, grill sandwich, and margarita pizza. The Mediterranean sandwich was good, but the bread could have been fresher. The grill sandwich was tasty but not exceptional, while the margarita pizza had potential but was let down by undercooked dough. The food is decent overall, with room for improvement, especially in offering more vegan and vegetarian options. The atmosphere at Panera Bread is nice, and they have a steady pace in preparing sandwiches, salads, and soups. The coffee quality is slightly lower than Starbucks, but fresh coffee is good. They also accommodate vegetarian options, making it a kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible place to dine.
