I made a curbside pickup, waited 20 minutes after letting the app know I was here, when they called me and said they were out of French bread. This is an ongoing issue that this location has and instead of making the situation better, they offered a refund. Not saying I should have gotten free subs for life, but something to make me come back would’ve been nice. This company really needs to hang it upThey’re overpriced and you can’t even just get one side of vinegar you have to have oil and vinegar when you get 95% oil and 5% vinegar The points never work. It’s crazy bread

The food is good but why offer curbside pickup if you don't plan on fulfilling it? My wife had both young kids and had to deal with the hassle of unloading and reloading them just to pick up a sandwich.The food is good though. So I rated three stars.
