The food is good but why offer curbside pickup if you don't plan on fulfilling it? My wife had both young kids and had to deal with the hassle of unloading and reloading them just to pick up a sandwich.The food is good though. So I rated three stars.

I made a curbside pickup, waited 20 minutes after letting the app know I was here, when they called me and said they were out of French bread. This is an ongoing issue that this location has and instead of making the situation better, they offered a refund. Not saying I should have gotten free subs for life, but something to make me come back would’ve been nice. I have been a manager at another location and not once did we not offer our customers some sort of compensation for the inconvenience with the refund. I don’t recommend this place, it’s a joke.

This company really needs to hang it upThey’re overpriced and you can’t even just get one side of vinegar you have to have oil and vinegar when you get 95% oil and 5% vinegar The points never work. It’s crazy bread

No stars. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby nobody came out. Finally after yelling she came out with a complete attitude. Wake up sis, you on the clock. Food everywhere, I'm sure health dept would have a field day in there: i love JJ, but lil bald head ruined it for us. Come on Upper Arlington you can do better than this.

These workers are LAZY. I came in and said hi to the guy making the sandwiches and he just straight up ignored me. Then the lady taking my order was on the phone with her AirPods in. On top of that they were playing music that was not appropriate for children. Overall a terrible look for the chain. Food is decent tho. Hard to complain about that.

I was really craving a Jimmy John's sandwich today, but when I went in to order, the cashier said they were out of bread. That's like a Chinese restaurant being out of rice or a Jiffy Lube not having oil. I had to go home to make my own piss-poor, depressing sandwich. Ugh!

Food is always consistently good! Staff is always friendly and welcoming and even go the extra mile to remember regulars and their orders! Michael took care of me last time I went and he was super nice and went the extra mile to make sure my sub got to me “freaky fast.” :)

Waited as the first person in line for about 10 minutes as the employees all stared at me and acted like I wasn't even there. Lady behind me left and I was about to as well. Sub was good but not sure what happened to the customer service here

Two very rude employees ignoring people. Stood in line for 10 minutes staring at the guy making sandwiches before he would even acknowledge me. All that only to find out my sandwiches have been ready for 10 minutes and just sitting on the other side. When I mentioned that no one had greeted me or would even talk to me, the associate just stared at me blankly and said nothing. Unbelievably rude.

I love Jimmy Johns but on April 28th I placed a delivery order while I was at work around 2-3pm. They didn’t have a delivery driver until 5PM, I was unaware of this & my order was canceled. I had called back in & asked for proof of my voided order & was told I could not receive that & my refund would arrive 24 hours later. It’s been about 10 days & I called in & spoke to the manager Jamie who was able to send me a copy of my order. The rest of the staff seemed clueless & was no help. I got a copy of the voided order but never was given a refund. I really enjoy Jimmy Johns but find this to be super annoying. I like the lettuce wraps. I would recommend pick up or dine in only since the staff seems untrained in these situations & don’t provide refunds.
