“Online ordering was longer than it said it would be ready. But well worth the wait. Chicken was super moist, the sauces and rubs we tried were very good. We didn't try the real hot, but next time we will and there will be a next time. Service was excellent as well.“

“Only gave it a 2 for service because I had to ask for my food and there isn't much interaction with the actual staff. My kids and I go there every Friday and they love it. Great prices, great location and located in the heart of a great community.“

“It’s so nice having a Swenson’s close to home! There are now several in Central Ohio, but this was the first and remains my favorite. Friendly staff, fun monthly shake flavors, and all the old favorites (which I realize can be “acquired tastes” for those who didn’t grow up with them). If you’re new to Swenson’s, you may want to check out the menu online in advance since it’s not immediately obvious what a Florida or Ohio (or Galley Boy for that matter) is, and they can be hard to describe.“

“Great customer service! I walked in just after opening and they were still setting everything up so I got the chicken free cuz I was waiting for 5 min for it to come and since their Apple Pay machine wasn’t working and Danny was such a nice person giving it for free just for the waiting on the system!! Will definitely eat here again 10/10“
