“What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!“

“All I know is that this subway accepts coupons. We had to come from London (who incidentally has 2 subways neither one takes coupons). Very surprised when we had our subs exactly the way we asked. The young lady was all business and patient with us. Generous portions. Very satisfied with our food. Will be back.“

“We visited culvers for the first time on 12/26/24. I'm going to start off by saying the food was amazing quality, The staff was kind and patient with me as a newcomer. We were greeted, and the team thanked me for visiting, which made me feel valued as a customer. As a result of my interaction with Macie, we decided to try Culver's a second time while in the area. This time, we were met by Dan M. and Richard, who both provided a great customer experience. After interacting with Dan.M and sharing his first experience from the previous day, he explained that what we experienced was the culvers standard and that he was the owner/operator of the location. He told me that he appreciated me taking the time out to discuss my interaction with the team. And in a time when costumers are looking for more bang for their buck, Dan and his team added the true value to the customer experience. I believe Dan and his team are setting the bar for the Culver's brand in Ohio. Dan has made a life time custumer and I'm confident if given the opportunity, he is the partner that will make Culver's even more successful and thrive in this troubled economy. Good luck, Dan. Although you thanked me, I am the one who is great full for our interaction.

“Was passing through from the east coast to Indiana. Columbus is the first area that has a White Castle as you drive west. Was stoked to finally get some. I ordered the #2 with a 5 piece mozzarella cheese stick. The meal itself seemed fresh. The thing I look forward to the most as soon as i open my bag are those freshly cooked mozzarella cheese sticks. You know those first few minutes when you can take a bite and the melted cheese just makes a long string. Well these were just warm like they’d been sitting for a bit and definitely were NOT melty. I was disappointed to say the least.“

“One of the best "fast food" burgers you can get in Columbus though prices since my last visit seemed to have increased quite a bit. Excellent fries but be advised they will give you a huge portion even if you order a small. It's great to snack on the free in shell peanuts while you wait for your order.“

“The food is excellent but the staff needs some work. I stood at the counter for about 7-8 minutes with no one ever acknowledging I was there. They said it was because they were training someone.
Fair enough I suppose, but you need to be able to multi-task in those situations. Just left me feeling a little annoyed, but hey, the food was still great so I'll be back. I just hope I get faster service next time...“

“My family and I just left a hotel of hell, it was a great treat to come here after that whole ordeal. Staff was very kind, provided a free drink after a mix up, food was fantastic, fresh, and also, the cashier had a Skyrim Tattoo, which in itself deserves five stars. Keep up the great work! 🫶

“We were just in here (leaving the lot as I type this) and I have to applaud the crew tonight. The food was hot and fresh with great taste. I also want to give a standing ovation to Emily who was running front cash and handled one of the most rude individuals I have ever encountered in food service. He was belittling, demanding, and arrogant from the start and she never once stopped smiling or offering him the best service.“

“Wanted to grab a quick bite while at Crooked Can and this was a great spot to do that. “Chipotle style” allows you to create your own bowl and choose your toppings. There was plenty of food and I was able to split the meal with someone else and feel satisfied. We were here at 6pm on a Friday and there was no line at all. My favorite part was the large chunks of feta!“

“I was made to pull up to wait for my order even though no one else was in line. I could understand if there was a line. I didn’t even have a complicated order. Two cheeseburgers, fry, milkshake????? After 2 minutes of waiting—finally another car came to order and they made him pull up as well. No one behind him. Took 4 minutes to get my order.

“This is by far the best Subway I’ve been to in that area including the Dublin/Tuttle area. The portions are great, the staff is very friendly and listens to you. Unlike most of the others, this location actually takes coupons. There was also an elderly woman ahead of me that needed additional assistance and the staff was so sweet to her, patient and accommodating. I would gladly go out of my way to come to this one.“

“Folks go here expecting 5-star restaurant service and you're in a taco bell drive-thru. Be real folks, these are people trying to put in their shift and go home. I've always had pretty good service. The cemetery rd location is a bit pricier than the HRR location fyi. Great breakfast and convenient location near Leap, though! Happy with my experiences at this one the last few years.“

“I haven't been to a Long John's in over 20 years and decided I would try it! The customer service was great. I had time to decide what I wanted and then when I was told I had 2 side options, the employee nicely listed what they had. It sounds simple but i can hardly see and just having that done anyway was appreciated! I was very surprised as customer service hardly exists anymore. The food was great. Great store!“

“This is a great Burger King. Their fries are always hot and crispy, and their hamburgers charbroiled just right. The staff are friendly and keep the place running well for dine-in or the drive-thru. Coupons are plentiful. I do miss the pre-Covid prices on their coupons, but they are still reasonably priced savings.“

“My wife is an avid coffee and unsweetened tea drinker, and she hates the tea at Taco Bell. And for her to not drink it, it must be really awful. I get that it is easier to have the pre-made Lipton tea, but it needs to be tasted every now and then, because it is not good.“

“In the mornings workers are always nice and respectful. They always wish me a nice day and make me want to come back. They get the line moving and always get my order right unlike other McDonald's locations I go to. Too bad this location is nowhere near close to where I live. If it was i would frequent here more often. The only reason why I was able to go here was because it was close to my daughter's doctor's office. Thank you to the kind workers.“

“We were very hungry after a painting class and my sister was in the mood for McDonald's. I haven't had a Big Mac in years so I ordered one work extra sauce and a sweet tea. The line at the drive thru was very long but it moved very fast. The lady taking our money was very nice and we joked a little. The food was very good. They did put extra sauce on my Big Mac and the ice tea was excellent. I think McDonald's has some of the best sweet tea. For a busy as they were the line moved very fast.“
