“Came into the location tonight with my mom , ordered 3 subs and had exceptional service my a man with a subway jersey and visor hat on. Didn’t get a chance to get his name but he gave me and my mom a discount “ just because “ a nice gesture. I hope the next time I go back he is there ! Whoever you are and whatever your name is thank you for being an awsome person !“

“I was on a road trip and taking a midway break after a few hours of driving. The team was all kind and patient as tried to decide what I wanted. It thankfully wasn't busy so I wasn't slowing anyone. They were also chatty and kind - wishing me a safe trip to my destination.
I got the new chicken salad sub on gluten free bread with the works (minus onions). It was good! Peppery but I love that.“

“This was the best TB experience I have had in a long time. The food was literally steaming hot, I ordered quite a bunch of stuff but noticed I had had two tacos took a bite realized it was a potato one, was almost disappointed but once I finished all of the food I ended up finding the original taco. I got 2 free potatoe tacos with my order!“

“Walk into here at 9:45pm. Everyone was still happy and energetic. Ordered a steak sub. I tell you it was delicious as it looked. Excellent customer service experience and Steve the GM was very nice. Great team work, great food, and wonderful people even while the store was preparing to close.“

“I like Arby's a lot I literally go there a lot for lunch especially the one on 665 I love the food the staff is great the service is normally spot on but what I don't understand is how you are famous for your curly fries but almost every single time I go they are out of curly fries if you have a problem with running out of curly fries shouldn't you order more curly fries when you place your order that is the only reason they're getting a four-star please keep curly fries that's what you're famous for“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked. Everything was fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared. The bread was warm, the veggies were vibrant, and the meats and cheeses were sliced just right. The store itself was clean, well stocked, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a calm, relaxed atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch or even a casual dinner. I also appreciated how fast and efficient the service was, even during a busy time. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this Subway location definitely one of the best I’ve visited. I’ll be back again soon!“

“Experience was nice and the exception of the condiments they have no condiments out for the public to grab No salt no pepper no ketchup no mustard you have to ask for it then when they give you them it's 10 times as much of what you ask for now that's a waste“

“I came in today 6/11. U should give them ladies a raise. They had my order ready, they were quick, efficient, friendly. I had such a bad experience at the Orient OH location, so I came to this one. “I finally got a hot double cheese burger AND fries tonight at THIS location! I had been going to the Wendy's on London Groveport road, and even if I'm the only one there, the food would be cold or lukewarm at best, every time. Tonight's burger and fries on Stringtown Rd was both HOT and delicious! Thank you!“

This was a good experience. I love the way they lay out the inside of their restaurants. Their signage is always funny. The place was clean and well maintained. The service was a tad slow, but the sub was good.“
