“I’ve avoided this store because of the customer service. The women on the speaker and at the window were always rude and forgot items. Every so often I’d try again and get the same result. Went through the drive through today and young guy on the speaker was very nice and well spoken. I get to the window and it’s the same person and he doesn’t appear to hate his life like the rest of them. He was so pleasant. African American with dreads. I didn’t get his name as there were cars behind me. I called the store multiple times but no answer. I’ll be back at some point and will make sure he gets recognized but until then I hope the manager and owner can give him some good feedback. I spend about 65.00 per trip and will eat there more often if you can keep people like that guy around. Before him it was legit rude, upset people. Read the other reviews lol it isn’t just my own experience.“
“Food was awesome. Gravy? water. I called and asked if they had Au Jus before I mentioned it just to be safe. The person on the phone didn't seem to know what I was even talking about Au Jus wise, proceeded to inform me it would only be runny if someone added too much water. If you dip the potatoes, it's not horrible I guess. Side note we had another potatoe with gravy not already combined and that seemed fine. All in all not bad, the side gravy though..“
“There are only 4 options but it's worth every penny. Hopefully the prices don't go up too soon. Their fresh cut fries are better than most for sure. Definitely better than popeyes!! Next time I'll try the loaded fries. “The food is always on point here. But the staff! I wish every location had staff like this! I felt like I was at my best friend's house and mom was making sure I was taken care of. Every employee that walked past stopped and said hi. I've quit going to other locations that are more convenient because of horrible service. I will go out of my way to get HCT from the North Market!“
“Haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A since my early 20's. Never cared for the odd waffle flavored breading on the chicken. However, my kid and Husband go when the spend time together without me. Today I joined them and got the cold wrap. It was sooo good! Fries were a bit under seasoned but i wasn't there for the fries. I didn't put 4 stars because im rating the main meal at a fast food level. Ill be back for another one. Friendly staff as well. Thanks for the nice experience. ?“
“This is one of only two places where I'll eat chicken strips/tenders (the other being O'Charley's).I tried Raising Cane's for the first time about 6 months ago, and now I get it once every two weeks, at least!Their chicken is perfect, their fries are good, and their toast is also super good!Definitely recommend!“
“I go here at least once a week for the awesome $10 Monday - Wednesday lunch special. The food is always fresh cooked to order and the front of house staff are super friendly. Cannot recommend enough. Word of caution - it's hotter than you think!“

“I’m from West Virginia and just got out of nation wide Childrens hospital where I had surgery on my throat, and I spent an hour trying to find steamed vegetables before I found this place and the guy who took my order over the phone was super friendly :) and the vegetables with yum yum sauce here were 10/10“
“The service is always impeccable! The best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I love their iced tea. It’s always fresh. My son loves their chicken nuggets and the frozen lemonade. The food is fresh, and extremely clean.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take your kids especially if they have a play area. “The employees in this location are so nice and patient. Every time I come in there is a wait (I never mind). From checking out to the kitchen staff everyone is working diligently to fill orders. However I would like to shout out the sweetest Employee DeShawn. Today we went through the drive-through lane, and he allowed me a place three different orders, which was very kind of him! He was also very patient with us as he took our orders, and he was overall pleasant when we got to the window to make payment. There was a busy rush. There were three cars behind us. Our first orders even got messed up and he made sure to have them fixed immediately. And me and my coworkers love this place and today's experience meet us want to come back every time we work in the office. Thank you, DeShawn. “It’s a chick fil a , the spicy chicken was good , the service was fast and prompt I was in and out of the line in under 10 mins, however the young kids taking orders seemed to be more interested in socializing and just there for a job rather to work and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t paying with a card otherwise it’s a solid trip and no complaints“
“Took a really long time to get our order. I ordered the Cluck Pao chicken sandwich, but got the Black Belt BLT. I could have gone back to return it, but didn't want another long wait. Ugh! But both the sandwich and fries were good. Budd Dairy Hall is an awesome atmosphere!“
“I recently enjoyed LB's golden fried fish and chicken at the Firm Foundation event and couldn't resist going back for seconds. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the food was consistently hot and delicious. LB's has become my new go-to spot for a satisfying meal—you definitely need to check them out!“
“Excellent!Parking: They have free parking that wraps around the building. If you're driving a semi you may have to detach the trailer. Some people may have trouble navigating the parking lot if they are not good drivers. The parking lot does not show up on Google maps, but if you put the Chick-fil-A into your GPS you should be able to find at the parking lot. On the way in or out be careful as many people do not choose to drive on the right or left side, they drive straight down in the middle because they don't know it's a two-lane entrance/exit.Kid-friendliness: Some of the employees and customers have kids in the store.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide enough for a regular wheelchair.“
