And the cheeseburger was cold the fries were fine but the cheese steak burger was definitely cold
I come to this location often and order the same shake peanut butter and cookie dough occasionally will order food and usually service as a whole not bad. However I was disappointed tonight I ordered same shake and kids meal for the little one and of course MOST KID MEALS HAVE TOYS OR SOMETHING KID LIKE WELL I get home and as im getting his plate together he asked where is the toy so I called and the girl said oh no we dont have toys. Not a big deal but slightly disappointed 😕
The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant known for its friendly and helpful staff. The team is enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent service. The inside is super clean and inviting. The food is excellent, with the Frisco melt cooked to perfection and fries that are perfect too. While some customers may not appreciate the kiosk-only ordering system, the staff is very pleasant and can help with the changes.
