Very disappointing pickup experience at Chipotle on Stringtown Road. I placed my order through the app and received a notification that it was ready for pickup.
When I walked in, an employee immediately asked if I had a pickup order. I said yes and gave them my name. They looked over and the ticket for my order was still stuck to the wall—the order hadn't even been started.

We ordered a group order via app, half of the order was missing. Our delivery driver was zero help so I called into the store and the General Manager, Chris H. Drove us our missing order himself and was here within 30 minutes. We are really appreciative of him & going out of his way!
The staff are absolute sweethearts and did an incredible job with catering and had everything ready to go well in advance! I’ll be back and highly recommend this location!
