“Visited the new 3 Brothers Diner in Powell on Thursday and it was fantastic. Staff was over the top nice and the worst part of the visit was deciding what to order because EVERYTHING looked delicious from the huevos rancheros (which I got and highly recommend) to a plate of nachos that could feed a small army to the breakfast burritos our group ordered they were all fantastic. Topped my huevos off with the best cantarita I've ever had. This is going to become a new regular place to come for sure. Such a varied menu --will take us a long time to try everything. Make sure to try out this new gem in Powell.“

“We had 11 people in our group, in town for a wedding and the manager was able to accommodate us after no luck at other restaurants. Kaylee and Beau were the most kind and professional servers I've ever had. They went far and beyond giving us great service to the point l can honestly say that was the best food, service, and all around dinner experience I've had. We can't say enough about this location and it's fantastic staff. We highly recommend visiting this Longhorn to anyone in town.“

“Went during a down spell, had very yummy, hot fresh food within minutes of ordering. Wasn’t feeling well, so my husband went in to order with me in speaker phone so I could order as well. EVERYTHING was perfect. It’s been over 12yrs since I’ve been to a Waffle House. Waitress was very nice and got everything correct. Thank you so much!“

“Why Why Why would you guys get rid of fresh cut fries!! The new fries are not doing it AT ALL! The fresh cut fries are a big reason I come in for a quick lunch. Fries are a significant part of a persons meal. I will significantly reduce the amount of time I come in for lunch. The meats are still good and will continue to purchase for get togethers at home.“

After looking so forward to another lunch of lobster bisque I have to say that I was disappointed with today’s lunch the soup had a good flavor but I found only a couple of scant pieces of lobster the club sandwich had too much bread and the bread was dry the prices were pretty outrageous for a lunch my partner had soup of the day which was mushroom soup again the broth was thin and watery mushrooms must have been left in the soup pot. I will definitely give it another chance when the weather cools a l title“

“I did carry out for the first time and it was amazing! The person who took the phone order repeated it back and when it was ready I traveled with it over an hour. It was all packed well and still warm when I arrived. Nothing was messed up and it was all excellent down to silverware and sauces in side containers! Well done!“

“We were waiting outside nearby, and my husband was very thirsty and nauseous, so I asked someone at Honeybaked Ham for a water of some sort. They gave me a water bottle with no hesitation. I tried to pay for it, and the kind gentleman said it was all good. Kindness like that isn't known anymore. I didn't catch his name but thank you, he probably wouldn't be in best of shape if it wasn't for your kindness.“

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multilingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You. “Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“

“Updated atmosphere! Clean, inviting. Our server, Holly, was top notch! She took great care of us. We ordered from the lunch menu. Cheeseburger and fries and the oriental salad. The cheeseburger and fries were hot and tasty. The oriental salad was HUGE (for a “lunch” portion). It was loaded with crispy chicken on top. The whole experience was very enjoyable! I recommend trying them out for sure.“
