“Visited the new 3 Brothers Diner in Powell on Thursday and it was fantastic. Staff was over the top nice and the worst part of the visit was deciding what to order because EVERYTHING looked delicious from the huevos rancheros (which I got and highly recommend) to a plate of nachos that could feed a small army to the breakfast burritos our group ordered they were all fantastic. Topped my huevos off with the best cantarita I've ever had. This is going to become a new regular place to come for sure. Such a varied menu --will take us a long time to try everything. Make sure to try out this new gem in Powell.“

“I truly cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere other than Pinnacle. From the very first time we toured the venue to the final moments of our wedding night, working with Lisa and her team was an absolute DREAM.

The venue itself is stunning, and we were incredibly lucky to have the most gorgeous weather for our wedding day. Everything came together more beautifully than I could have imagined. But even if the weather hadn’t cooperated, I know without a doubt that Lisa would have found a way to make our day just as special.

Lisa was truly incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always reachable, answered every question, and handled every detail with so much professionalism and care. There is already so much to think about when planning a wedding, and having someone who made me feel like everything at the venue was completely under control was invaluable.

And the FOOD!! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. It was such a crowd pleaser and made an already incredible evening that much more memorable.

Pinnacle gave us everything we could have hoped for in a wedding venue and more. “We had 11 people in our group, in town for a wedding and the manager was able to accommodate us after no luck at other restaurants. Kaylee and Beau were the most kind and professional servers I've ever had. They went far and beyond giving us great service to the point l can honestly say that was the best food, service, and all around dinner experience I've had. We can't say enough about this location and it's fantastic staff. We highly recommend visiting this Longhorn to anyone in town.“

“Why Why Why would you guys get rid of fresh cut fries!! The new fries are not doing it AT ALL! The fresh cut fries are a big reason I come in for a quick lunch. Fries are a significant part of a persons meal. I will significantly reduce the amount of time I come in for lunch. The meats are still good and will continue to purchase for get togethers at home.“

After looking so forward to another lunch of lobster bisque I have to say that I was disappointed with today’s lunch the soup had a good flavor but I found only a couple of scant pieces of lobster the club sandwich had too much bread and the bread was dry the prices were pretty outrageous for a lunch my partner had soup of the day which was mushroom soup again the broth was thin and watery mushrooms must have been left in the soup pot. I will definitely give it another chance when the weather cools a l title“

“Went during a down spell, had very yummy, hot fresh food within minutes of ordering. Wasn’t feeling well, so my husband went in to order with me in speaker phone so I could order as well. EVERYTHING was perfect. It’s been over 12yrs since I’ve been to a Waffle House. Waitress was very nice and got everything correct. Thank you so much!“

“I did carry out for the first time and it was amazing! The person who took the phone order repeated it back and when it was ready I traveled with it over an hour. It was all packed well and still warm when I arrived. Nothing was messed up and it was all excellent down to silverware and sauces in side containers! Well done!“

“We were waiting outside nearby, and my husband was very thirsty and nauseous, so I asked someone at Honeybaked Ham for a water of some sort. They gave me a water bottle with no hesitation. I tried to pay for it, and the kind gentleman said it was all good. Kindness like that isn't known anymore. “Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multilingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You. “Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“
