“We had a lovely dinner with friends here. The place was lively & busy on a Friday evening. The service was Excellent!! They have a nice wine list with selections for many tastes, by the glass or bottle. We had the Cheese Stuffed Butter Rolls as an appetizer for the table which were only ok for me, everyone else liked them. We all really loved our House Specialties entrees. My Seared Scallops came with five perfectly cooked. The Pan Fried Fish, St Louis BBQ Ribs and Ribeye we're all so delicious. The Texas sheet cake for dessert was shared and very good also the espresso Martini to finish the meal was perfect. Family friendly and was a bit too loud at time although I loved the vibs and would love to visit again. We spent over $440w/tip for four people, apps, bottle of wine, drinks, entrees, and desserts.“

“Had breakfast there yesterday with my family. Management and staff were very friendly and efficient.. manager is friendly and such a kind guy. I felt as if I was in a small town as we struck up a conversation with the booth next to ours. My son and wife had a wonderful burger and fries with a old fashioned real scooped milkshake and I had the most delicious ham and cheese omelet . I can’t say enough good things about the experience. 5 star’s! Cant wait to come back!“

“Imagine my surprise and delight when I looked for a restaurant, near my hotel in Columbus, Ohio this evening, and found SOW! SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious. We had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners who is interested in what I am doing with both the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition and Eating Protein Saves Lives. “Visited Columbus for the first time and stumbled into an amazing restaurant that truly sets the bar for what ethos restaurants should operate from- no seed oils, quality water and everything cooked in beef tallow. For a health conscious restaurant their prices are beyond reasonable with something on the menu for anyone who’s looking to expand their horizons of healthy eating.

Our server Katie was exceptional- so so kind, knowledgeable about the menu and carried a smile on her face the entire service. The GM even made it a point to comp our wellness shots we ordered since we were visiting. Truly made our experience! Thank you katie! ❤“

“My friends, believe me when I say that the Chicken and Avocado Sandwich at this Cafe was one of the best I've ever had. I CRUSHED that sandwich like it was my last meal on the face of this earth. My husband had the cheeseburger and fries. He (rudely) didn't let me have a bite of the burger, but he said the flavor was fantastic. I did steal his fries, though, and they were crispy and delicious. We both got gluten free buns, with low expectations, but the buns were great, too! 10 out of 10, no notes. I went today for the Monday Smash Burger Special for $13.50 which included a single smash burger, a huge basket of homemade fries, and a water! The smash burger and fries were both extremely fresh and blazing hot. The smash burger was SO delicious, beefy, and cheesy, and the bun was perfection. The fries were homemade; I watched the cooks cut whole potatoes and fry them up. Everything was so mouth-watering! 10/10 for food; I will definitely visit again. “I’ve been excitedly waiting for this location to open since I work right down the road. Stopped by for lunch today and ordered my usual- half slab of ribs, fries and green beans. Plus a couple bottles of my favorite sauce of all time, Sweet City. Delicious as always. The ribs seemed even meatier than I’m used to at the other locations I frequent. Lemonade was great too.“
