We had a lovely dinner with friends here. The place was lively & busy on a Friday evening. The service was Excellent!! They have a nice wine list with selections for many tastes, by the glass or bottle. We had the Cheese Stuffed Butter Rolls as an appetizer for the table which were only ok for me, everyone else liked them. We all really loved our House Specialties entrees. Stopped into Hudson29 while in town on business last week for a quick dinner and drink. The hostess was super nice and helped me to find a good seat at the bar. It was a very active happy hour, and the locals were so much fun! The bartender (Nick?) was great! He suggested meals and made sure my nutritional accommodations were met (which I appreciate). I will absolutely be back if I have the opportunity!
Our server Aretha was FANTASTIC. She was attentive & very kind. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Service is top-notch, and meals are served hot and fresh, cooked to order. The dining room can be extremely loud, making conversation difficult. Customers appreciate the restaurant's casual atmosphere, suitability for gatherings with friends, and accommodations for dietary restrictions. The food is consistently delicious, with recent highlights including an outstanding filet, delicious roast chicken, and well-executed fish dishes, though the Caesar salad was found to be mediocre. The menu could benefit from an expanded dessert selection.
