Imagine my surprise and delight when I looked for a restaurant, near my hotel in Columbus, Ohio this evening, and found SOW! SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious.

Wonderful restaurant on Lane Ave in Columbus. We’ve been there several times and never disappointed. We had diner there this evening - love the maple sweet cauliflower chili.
