Visited Columbus for the first time and stumbled into an amazing restaurant that truly sets the bar for what ethos restaurants should operate from- no seed oils, quality water and everything cooked in beef tallow. For a health conscious restaurant their prices are beyond reasonable with something on the menu for anyone who’s looking to expand their horizons of healthy eating.
