“Best restaurant, especially for people wanting clean, healthy and food-sensitivity safe options. I travel often and this is the only place I can go knowing I have no worries on food choices. I have Lyme Disease and usually pull food out of my purse at restaurants while others eat off the menu; here I feel normal again. EVERYTHING, seriously EVERYTHING tastes amazing. To know me is to know Townhall is my go-to spot in Columbus and Cleveland. Big fan of Rebol and Green Goat too.

“I dined here for dinner several times while visiting Columbus and was in search of healthful gluten free options. WOW the quality of the food here is excellent for the price point. The gluten free buns are delicious and soft. The zero proof cocktails are not overly sweet. Atmosphere is lovely and service is too notch. I wish I could pick this place up and take it home with me! I would be a regular. So impressed!“

“I came in to get breakfast to go . They were a little busy when I got there . I sat down and was gave silverware and offered a drink right away . I was accommodated by the regulars and Kate the waitress about what I should order since it was my first time. Regulars recommended I get a half order of French toast and half order of biscuits . Kate recommended I get the gyro since she likes it and its popular. I also ordered hash browns and scrambled eggs . I took the food home and the eggs were missing but they gave me a credit for those next time I come back . Everything tasted really good, loved the hash browns 10/10. The French toast and gravy was really good, the biscuits were a little crispy thou . Fiancé says gyro was okay but pretty dry not much meat 5/10. Will definitely be back Tuesdays threw Fridays when Kate Works !! Thanks for the great first experience. BTW this breakfast/lunch place is right next to panera !!“

They also make their own ginger-ale in house. That was SO good. But what stood out the most was the service from the manager, Nathaniel. He went above and beyond. You can tell he is someone who takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares. That is rare to find these days. We were really impressed by the effort and care he put into his job. “Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“
