I can’t thank the team at Crumbl Cookie in Grove City enough! I had placed a large, last-minute order after another company cancelled on me unexpectedly, and Crumbl absolutely came through. Not only were they incredibly kind and accommodating, but they prepared and delivered fresh, warm, delicious cookies right on time.

They turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and everyone at my event loved the cookies. The customer service was amazing, the communication was fast, and the quality was perfect.

“The staff were friendly and explained different ice cream options to us. The frozen yogurt flavors and toppings were tasty, and it was a good value. Also, my daughter dropped her frozen yogurt on the floor and the staff were very kind by replacing it, cleaning up the mess for us, and trying to cheer her up. Overall, good food and good service!“

“It's pretty bad when the atmosphere is rated higher than the food or service, especially when you're in a drive-in, your own truck, and you can pick your own music. The food was fine. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the small cheeseburger did not come as we ordered it: no cheese, no lettuce. We got the tomato we asked for. My large root beer was absolutely flat - no taste in it at all. I lost count on how many times I pushed the red button to exchange it, but nobody answered. I did not keep track of the time before we left. I was going to go through the drive thru, but they were backed up. Other customers came and went, without ordering. Disappointed.
