“So many unique and delicious flavors that can't be found anywhere else in Central Ohio or even the Midwest. Truly a local gem. Love that you can get samples and figure out which ice cream you like best before ordering. We live a solid half an hour away and come as often as we can during ice cream season because it's worth it! :)“

I recently ordered Crumbl Cookies for the entire faculty and staff at CAEC PreK-12, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I reached out, Misha at Crumbl became the perfect outsourced partner. She took the time to explain all the various dessert options and, in a thoughtful touch, took it upon herself to choose a diverse selection of cookies to cater to everyone’s tastes.
The cookies were not only a hit—they were an absolute standout! The quality was exceptional, with each cookie fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you like classic chocolate chip or something a bit more adventurous, Crumbl had the perfect option for everyone.
Misha’s customer service truly went above and beyond, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedication and care in service, and I’m grateful for how easy she made this experience.

“Look this is the place my Great Grandmother went, my Grandmother went, my Mother went, and I went for YEARS. My kids will go here and their kids and if any of my descendants love me they will go here. You will be greeted by a DOORMAN, you will have candy for CENTS, you will have the BEST ice cream you EVER had. You will have the best service you’ve ever had since the 70s, come everyone, gays queens and straights. Clown cone will not only be the home you want but the home you need. I love you clown cone!!!“

“I've had poor experiences at other Culver's in the past, so when the gang wanted me to pick up carry out on the way home I wasn't thrilled. The place was slammed when I arrived so I had to wait a little bit. I have to say though that the food was much better than I remembered. The burgers were at the top end of regular fast food chain burgers and very good, and the icecream was fantastic. Everything was good enough that I would be willing to stop back again. So maybe Culver's has won me back a bit.“

“I cannot thank Tani and Eva enough for their wonderful customer service and delicious tiramisu! My husband and I had originally spoken with another vendor several months before our wedding about ordering tiramisu for our reception, but in the weeks before they were completely unresponsive and not returning our emails or phone calls. I called up Ciao Cafe with only a few weeks notice to see if they would be able to fulfill our order, and Tani assured us it would be no problem. He and his wife prepared the tiramisu for our 100 guests, delivered it to our venue, and ensured it was stored properly before the reception. It was a huge hit with our guests - many of whom said that it was the best tiramisu they had ever had. Since then I have visited the German Village shop many times and love getting gelato, a frappe or a cake slice if I don’t get the classic tiramisu. Tani and Eva have put their heart and soul into their business and it shows in the quality of all of their food and drinks.“

“The line is long but it’s worth the wait! I ordered Brambelberry Crisp and Double Dough. Brambleberry Crisp was a tart berry-and-streusel flavor, while Double Dough had a rich chocolate-chip cookie dough goodness. Fruity plus indulgent and it was delicious!“

“I initially thought the staff (who was superbly passionate describing all his gelati) was exaggerating a little bit when he said the pistachio di bronte was special (only grown at mount etna, etc.) but WOW it blew my mind away with its subtle taste, nutty/caramelly scent, and smoothness. Hands down the best pistachio gelato/ice cream ive ever had!
Definitely the gem of Columbus. If someones visiting and they can only eat one thing Id take them there 🤣.

“I visited this store on Wednesday and had a wonderful experience! I purchased both ice cream from Cold Stone and pretzels from Wetzel’s Pretzels, and honestly, everything was delicious.
What impressed me the most was the warm and respectful customer service. As soon as I opened the door, the Wetzel’s crew members warmly welcomed me. Then, when I went over to the Cold Stone section, the team members welcomed me again with the same friendly attitude. I was genuinely excited to see how respectfully and kindly the staff treated customers.
I also love the convenience of having both brands in one location. I can enjoy delicious ice cream and fresh, tasty pretzels in the same visit, which makes this store one of my favorite places to come.
The store was clean, well-maintained, and had an awesome atmosphere. Another big plus is the huge parking lot, so there’s no need to worry about finding a parking spot.
I absolutely loved the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and especially the wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming back every weekend to enjoy their delicious food and great customer service. Highly recommended! 🍦🥨❤️“

“First off, the ice cream was delicious (and that is admittedly what you come here for :) Not runny, but still creamy and with great flavor. The downside to this location is that they have very little seating (indoor or outdoor) and the store was not as clean as I would have liked. It had smudges on the glass, some trash on the floor, and a broken ice cream cone on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. To give the benefit of the doubt, we visited on National Ice cream Day so perhaps they have been busy all day, but they certainly were not swamped when we stopped by.“

“We came to walk around North market and we came across Jeni's and immediately tried four or five different ice creams. I settled on three scoops, and got a waffle cone so they were piled on each other. One of them was a delicious chocolate, the other was like a cookie dough but different and the third one was sort of like moose tracks. My mother got a darker chocolate and another flavor that really mixed well together. Being that she's gluten free she had to inquire about which products were gluten free and they were actually labeled which is really nice for somebody who has gluten allergies. They also had some that were dairy-free and I tried some of them and they were very good. I've had Jeni's ice cream in the past, but that was purchased at a local grocery store. The service was great, lots of people were trying different flavors and there were a lot of people waiting to get ice cream. It was very reasonable for what we got and it tasted delicious and we loved what we had. It was a great snack and kept us full until our dinner meal. Highly recommend a visit here.“

“Please add Shakeno8 to your summer plans! We went there yesterday for the first time and it was AMAZING! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient with my overwhelmed kiddo. Their menu is huge and everything sounds amazing, so she couldn't decide!! They had dairy free options for my lactose intolerant family member and vegan options as well. A tray of brownies came out fresh while we were there and it might have been the best I've ever had. Everything was delicious! Cannot recommend them highly enough!“
