“Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!“

“Long drive thru line was stuck for quite some time in line and again at the window. They do need to learn to mix the ingredients in for blizzards. Over 3/4 of my blizzard was just vanilla ice cream. Didn't seem like they mixed it at all.“

“We were staying in Columbus for a few days and I happened upon this little gem. Had a lemon whittie on Wednesday afternoon, another one on Thursday evening and a s’mores whittie Friday morning for breakfast. I have no regrets. “Quick and easy experience when I walked into the store. I had a quick question and the girl working was helpful to answer my question. I placed my order and received my order maybe 2 minutes - so very quick! The only downside is I felt like the store was dirty - it was more the front area that felt dirtier. The floors were pretty gross - could have been from just the day but highly doubtful all that mess was made in a day. The back looked pretty messy as well but the worker appeared to be the only one there - so that very much could have played a factor if she’s trying to do everything herself.“

“I visit my family in Columbus Ohio and live in Boston. And every time I arrive, I cannot come without eating several mangonadas. I want to tell you that if you want to try something good, visit this place. Everything is delicious, but especially the famous mangonada. It's my favorite, I love that mango flavor and I haven't been able to find a flavor like it. And in fact I had the opportunity to meet the very kind owner of the place. I told her how much I liked mangonadas and I asked her to sell me some plastic containers so I could bring fried mangonadas to Boston. And it arrived in excellent condition. He gave me a good and fair price. Thank you!“

“I visited this store on Wednesday and had a wonderful experience! I purchased both ice cream from Cold Stone and pretzels from Wetzel’s Pretzels, and honestly, everything was delicious.

What impressed me the most was the warm and respectful customer service. As soon as I opened the door, the Wetzel’s crew members warmly welcomed me. Then, when I went over to the Cold Stone section, the team members welcomed me again with the same friendly attitude. I was genuinely excited to see how respectfully and kindly the staff treated customers.

I also love the convenience of having both brands in one location. I can enjoy delicious ice cream and fresh, tasty pretzels in the same visit, which makes this store one of my favorite places to come.

The store was clean, well-maintained, and had an awesome atmosphere. Another big plus is the huge parking lot, so there’s no need to worry about finding a parking spot.

I absolutely loved the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and especially the wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming back every weekend to enjoy their delicious food and great customer service. Highly recommended! 🍦🥨❤️“

“It's been a little while since I have been in but my husband got me the most delicious ice cream cake for my birthday here. Unlike DQ that is all ice cream with the fudge and cookie in the middle, Coldstone cakes have actual cake and ice cream. Mine also had a delicious ganache-like frosting. Would def get one again.“
