This Dairy Queen in New Albany is a gem – clean, friendly, and perfect for families with kids. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our visit. Surprisingly, our food was brought directly to our table, which was a pleasant surprise. While I'm not sure if they always offer this service, it was certainly appreciated. Whether using the drive-through or dining indoors like today, our experiences here have consistently been positive.
Clean and friendly Dairy Queen in New Albany. Safe and enjoyable for the kids. Our food was brought to our table. I don't know if they always do this, but I appreciate the extra hands. The drive through is usually great and today we are indoors. We've had several positive experiences at this location!Kid-friendliness: Staff was incredibly patient and kind with my children. The booths and tables seat children well. I see 3 high chairs, clean and ready for use and easy to access.

Ordered for the first time tonight on the app. Was able to place the order and pay on the app. Only issue was apparently a computer error ,cause they did not receive the order . Sent my kids to pick up for me and was told this . The manager was very kind to my children they said , and the manager made everything right with no issues ! Thank you for your awesome service crew !
