“We had a really large group (34 people) for a birthday party and Dani was fantastic. We were a mixed group of adults and children so you can imagine the mayhem. She managed all of our orders and separate checks like a pro. We also were happy with the new menu!“

“Food was better than I usually find at other Wendy's. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I dislike having to use the kiosk to order. Enough so that I'll probably choose to go elsewhere. It takes longer to order and customizing options are limited. Example, you can't add onions or cheese to chili on the kiosk. You have to catch them at the counter before they complete the order.“

“I’ve been here twice, back to back. Once today and then yesterday! I was served both times by April and Lincoln. First off!!! Let me say that chick-fil-a hospitality has NOTHING in these two! April USA so sweet, and attentive!! Lincoln station was so CLEAN!!!! They were PHENOMENAL!!! If they work there, I will always know my food is fresh, beautiful and served with LOVE!! I’ve not ever been to a better Burger King. I am so very impressed and pleased! I mean…. I went back tonight just because the food and service were so good. Thank you so much April and Lincoln!!!!“

“The food was good, however it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. And, when I did get it I was missing a breakfast baconator. I had to go back in and due to changeover got a lunch baconator instead. I didn't mind it, however the long wait period felt unnecessary. I felt bad for the girl who was working register because she was the one who would usually get backlash for this.“

“I know Flipside in Hudson so we figured to we would see if this location was just as good. The staff was wonderful and the menu was just as good. These burgers are the best. So many beers available & we stayed too long trying many of them. Definitely worth checking out.“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“We haven't been for a while but we live this place. Their fried mushrooms, burgers, crispy chicken sandwich and holiday cookie shake are really nice. My son's grilled cheese was a bit overcooked and we trued chocolate mint whip drink but didn't care for it much. Our server's name was Patrick and he was very friendly abd a crafted salesman. We got $5.00 vouchers with a gift card purchase for our next trip. The atmosphere parking lot was well plowed and someone had built tiny little snowmen on the sign which was very cute.“

“The onion rings and bbq chicken nachos were great. The french fries were so hard they wouldn't bend. They took them off the bill. We saw a lot of plates as we were leaving with all their french fries left on them. Burger were good.“
