“Was able to place my order with ease on the app. Drive thru moved very quickly, attendant was friendly, the whole experience was efficient and great. But when I opened my food, I was super happy. “I'm from out of state and stopped here after leaving the airport today. My family and I were immediately greeted. This was seriously the friendliest staff I've ever seen at a Burger King. Everybody was very welcoming and just nice to communicate with. I was surprised enough to leave a review. The employees made the vibe of the whole place good. The tall guy with the beard and tattoos on both arms welcomed us in and made us want to stay and enjoy our meal there. Great fast food experience.“

“We stopped for dinner while traveling. Place was clean and well maintained. Service was above average, polite friendly and helpful. We had a # 1 & # 2 the fries were outstanding, the Big Mac was a little messy and burgers not hot, my quarter pounder with cheese was overcooked and dry but it was hot. Overall experience was above average.“

“One issue is that if you park in the spaces right in front of the building, if a line builds up in the left drive thru lane you can't get out right away. i didn't realize this when i parked and when i came out and tried to leave i realize a line had built up for lunch, it was around 11 AM when lunch just started. i waited a few mins and someone had let me back out in front of them (although the line had died down a bit anyways at that point so I could have gotten out shortly anyways) but i recommend not parking right in front during busier times. I guess this can happen at other locations too if there is parking right in front but usually theres more distance to where the drive thru area is so a longer line is needed to cause a blockage, or the parking design is different so it's not an issue, at least this is the first time i've run into the issue. staff are friendly i think some are students.

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“The onion rings and bbq chicken nachos were great. The french fries were so hard they wouldn't bend. They took them off the bill. We saw a lot of plates as we were leaving with all their french fries left on them. Burger were good.“

“Ended up here on Valentine's Day for dinner. The food and drinks were great. Very noisy atmosphere but that is only because it is such a small place. Can't wait to come back and maybe try the patio when the weather is warmer, the next time we travel home from Columbus.“
