“This is by far a resemblance of McDonald's from my childhood. The food is FRESH & WARM, not ice cold microwave hot at all other I been too. Mind you this is.aleast. 20 min dive from me. But with every mile driven. Employees are very polite & apologetic fire forgetting straws. I've been back 3 times & still the best one I've been to in years.“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at BrewDog in New Albany, and overall it was a great experience. The food and service on the day of the event were both excellent, and everything went smoothly for our group, which made for a really fun and relaxed evening before the wedding.

Mara was very helpful during the booking and planning process and was great to work with. However, communication was sometimes a bit slow, and responses could take a couple of weeks, with no automatic out-of-office reply when she was unavailable, which made planning a little harder at times.

Despite that, the actual event itself went very well, and the staff delivered great service and food that our guests really enjoyed. We were happy with how the rehearsal dinner turned out and appreciated being able to celebrate with our friends and family in such a fun setting.“

“Good place to hang out on the patio with friends & have cocktails. The food-Not so much. Charging $9 for a grilled cheese sandwich is one thing, charring said sandwich is another. I mean…it takes a couple minutes to make- if it comes out black, make it again 🤦🏻‍♀️“

“Long drive thru line was stuck for quite some time in line and again at the window. They do need to learn to mix the ingredients in for blizzards. Over 3/4 of my blizzard was just vanilla ice cream. Didn't seem like they mixed it at all.“

“The New Albany store is nice, but the Johnstown store really needs some help, it took me around 30 minutes to go through the drive thru, and the workers are polite but they are always short on help and please stop precooking the meat, give us a hot burger, I like Wendy's, but take pride in your store“

“The food and customer service is top notch. This Wendy's did not force me to order via the app or a standing kiosk so I enjoy that. My complaint is I could not find a clearly marked handicap friendly entrance. This location has 2 drive through, one for Wendy's and one for Tim Horton's. My 76 year old mother struggled to walk inside a bit. Plus, we had to cross the drive through exit in order to enter.“
