McDonald's is a restaurant with a convenient location. The staff are hardworking and friendly, often seen striving to serve orders promptly. However, there have been instances where customers received the wrong orders, ranging from a different order altogether to missing items. Despite these occasional mistakes, the food is generally praised for its quality. Erica, an employee, is commended for her attentiveness and assistance in resolving issues.
