“The onion rings and bbq chicken nachos were great. The french fries were so hard they wouldn't bend. They took them off the bill. We saw a lot of plates as we were leaving with all their french fries left on them. Burger were good.“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“I have thought about leaving a review for this location before but for different reasons, opposite of this one but as someone who worked at a Wendy’s as a young adult I’d prefer to give recognition when it’s deserved than to be petty about missing items. I use the Wendy’s app and this is the location it’s always uses for delivery to my house. Who ever is the closing team today 7/11/26, y’all did not miss a beat nor drop the ball 👏🏼 every single item down to the salt and pepper packets were there as ordered and I appreciate the attention to detail!
