“LOVE having a Five Guys in Powell! The staff is super friendly and food is always great! Great place to eat with kids! Recently I Ordered online and forgot to order fries. Manager was super nice and gave me a free order of fries. I will definitely be back!“

“Placed an online order. One of the employees mistakenly gave my items to someone else.

Manager was incredibly patient with the young workers and they took care of it for me.

Great leader and hard working team. I don’t care about the wait, they did the right thing and the manager showed great leadership skills.

You should be proud of the crew you have at this location!“

“Our family enjoys going to Dairy Queen for a myriad of reasons. First, the staff is always so nice and accommodating. Customer service is really top notch. Danielle and crew deserve a lot of kudos. Second, the food and ice cream are really good! The burgers and tenders are super. The variety of both is awesome for adults and kids. Third, DQ Powell supports the community. 💝“

“Different location, same experience. Wendy’s food is solid when it’s right, but order accuracy continues to be hit or miss. For fast food, consistency should be a given. With prices where they are now, it’s frustrating to pay more and still not get exactly what was ordered.“
