“The food is delicious. It's the only good place to get a good malt around here. The cashiers are friendly but not great at their tasks. Every visit I order the same thing and the price is different every visit. Please train your order takers better. Just ringing 3 items does not a basket make. Today A double bacon deluxe "basket" with a medium chocolate malt was $21 and some change. ??♂️ I'm going to order via the app from now on.“
“My daughter wanted Stromboli instead of pizza for a change, and we found this place online. We were very happy with everything we ordered- Stromboli, lasagna, meatball sub, potato skins, and cheesy garlic bread. Everything tasted great! It was ready for pick up on time, even though they seemed to be short staffed they were making a huge effort to get everyone's food orders out at the time they promised. They work really hard for their customers and it shows.The only suggestion I would make is to maybe pare down the menu a bit. There are a LOT of choices and I think it would benefit them to focus on a theme, like just Italian American food while keeping the Halal versions also available for those who follow that diet (it's awesome that customers have this option. I don't think there are many around Columbus). For instance, the hamburgers stood out on the menu since they dont really fit in with a pizza place. Also, all the different types of pizza and Stromboli and such gets a little repetative. Slimming down the menu could keep both the customers and the staff from getting overwhelmed by too many items.Now that we know Luna is a short drive away, we will be definitely adding it to our restaurant list. The food was tasty and the serving sizes were large. I definitely recommend them.“
“Place was absolutely slammed with post church crowds when we went, but thanks to excellent management and really hard working employees everything from ordering to receiving food was extremely quick and easy. The manager took our order, and was super gracious about a gluten free dietary need in our party. He was very proud to let us know they were one of the only fast food chains to offer a gluten free burger, with a safely packaged gluten free bun and a burger prepared on a clean grill. He also bragged about how great his staff (mostly teenagers) are, which to me is just another sign of a well run establishment. Would absolutely recommend this Culver's to anyone.“
“I found this place on Google Reviews where over 1.1k people rated this place as great and they were spot on. I ordered the wings and ribs. It was great. I opted for the spicy BBQ sauce. It was sweet and spicy. The beans were great, the portions were large. My son got the Helluva Hangover burger and it hit the spot. My wife ordered a Mish mash of apps and sides, all great! The owner stopped by several tables to talk, including ours. It was like we were in small town America where everyone knows everyone. In addition to the great resturant, they do a lot of community service. We'll be back to support this awesome business! I recommend you do too.“
“We went for the Valentine's Day event, something quirky and for the whole family. Of course, the food, as always, was great. Staff was amazing. We had fun from the time we arrived until we left. The people there make the difference. Also appreciated that they could accommodate a member of our party with food allergies. They even keep a separate grill just to isolate. Thoughtful, because everyone needs a slider now and then.“
“Ordered a beer flight from their list. They were out of three of the six. They had a good sized list so it had taken us several minutes to choose. Then it was back to the drawing board. The soft pretzels and cheese and honey mustard were fresh and tasty. That was all we ordered. Our server was very good.“
