“I seldom leave reviews for fast food locations, and in fact I waited until my 3rd visit to this location before writing this as I honestly thought my previous two visits were clearly a fluke. Yeah here I am leaving my actual honest review... And with confidence I can say this location is absolutely outstanding and should be what every fast food chain location should look up to to set the standard!!!“

“Very friendly customer service! The food looked kinda sad, but overall it was tasty. I ordered a $5 biggie bag; very nice environment inside the restaurant, very clean and unkept! The food and service made me happier than a camel on Wednesday!!“

“Typical McDonald's food. It was late at night, like 12:55 a.m., when I stopped. Everything was fresh, hot, and made to order except the KitKat Banana Split Mcflurry. The Mcflurry was not mixed well it was mostly vanilla ice cream with the KitKat Banana Split pieces all at the top of a non Mcflurry cup. I must say I was amazed that the ice cream machine was actually still together and not broken down for end of day cleaning, so I was still happy I got what I did. It was an expensive cup of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, though!“

“Food great! Customer service not no great! Stood for five minutes to get knife and fork only to find out only spoons available for big breakfast! Staff not too friendly more concerned about getting orders out! The friendly staff member was old guy helping customers!“

“Stopped in here on our way home from the Columbus zoo. Pulled up to a building that looked like a “shack” and at that time we knew we made the right choice! The man at the front counter was more than friendly and personable! He walked us through what they offer and how (as this was our first time here). He treated us like family, took the orders and got to cooking! Highly recommend this SHACK!“
