“Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“My family and I, live close to two hours away from the Columbus area. We were in town for a Columbus Zoo outing when we stopped here to eat for the first time. Upon sitting down, we noticed how beautiful and charming the inside interior or design of the place was. Secondly, when we received our food, everything tasted fantastic! We tried their sweet potato fries (perfection with the sauce), and everything else we ordered was tasty as well. We will be returning for a future dining experience with The Rail.“

I just had the best meal I have ever had at any fast food restaurants! Everything was 100% and the burger and the beef tallow fries were AMAZING! “This is a good spot for lunch. It has a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Salads are particularly good although the family really enjoy pizza which is their speciality. It has a busy vibe and food comes quickly. Their teas are especially good.“

“The food was very good and worth the price. We paid 21.5 for one mix rice and one chicken rice bowl. The quantity was great and very filling and it even came with a can of soda. I actually preferred the lamb but the chicken was pretty good as well. I’d highly recommend trying it out!“

“I saw a recent story that BK was making a push to get all their franchises back up to their perceived standards, to put them back on top, and if people hadn't been there in a while they should go and check it out. Well I did, and they definitely improved since I last visited years ago! They actually had good lettuce and tomato on the whopper and the fries were hot, fresh, and delicious! Kudos, King!! I support your bid to retake the throne!“
