Five Guys is a restaurant that offers classic American burgers and fries. The burgers are a good size and customers can add as many toppings as they want, although it's recommended to keep it simple to enjoy the juicy flavors. The fries are plentiful and tasty. The food can be greasy, but it's described as a guilty pleasure with excellent taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. Specifically, Andrew is mentioned for his superior service in handling a missed online order and the General Manager is noted for greeting customers. The fries have also been praised for being perfect.
