Can't seem to get some simple order changes right on an italian. Can't say it's been a one off thing either. Costs too much anymore to let easily correctable mistakes slide. Don't order here as much anymore because of it. However, when they do get it right I feel like Jimmy John's in general has really quality sandwiches.
Made an order online and scheduled it for 11:45am. (Order was pre scheduled at 7:48am)
At 11:50am, I made my way to the drop off location at my office and nothing had arrived. I waited a few minutes and had to get back to work. I checked again before calling at around 12:20pm. The order was there, but the order instructions were not followed which unfortunately for me is inedible due to dietary restrictions.
