they are understaffed and underpaid- tonight i went there, it was two teenage girls, by themselves working the dinner rush. i felt horrible. the food was cold by the time i got it. it's not their fault and the team and customers probably deserve better.
The person taking my order was so rude this morning. I was trying to ask for my sandwich options and she kept talking over me. Then when I paid she slammed the window shut. Customer service is definitely lacking.
