Our family enjoys going to Dairy Queen for a myriad of reasons. First, the staff is always so nice and accommodating. Customer service is really top notch. Danielle and crew deserve a lot of kudos. Second, the food and ice cream are really good! The burgers and tenders are super. The variety of both is awesome for adults and kids. Third, DQ Powell supports the community. 💝
This store continues to be under staffed during peak times. Currently there is a line of 10 people with no one at the register. Long line in togo as well. If you have the customers to make this type of money, spend some on more employees.
Thought I would give this location another chance today at redemption after years of not going because of ineptitude. They did not disappoint again. There is a huge disconnect between the person taking the order, the cooks and the check out person at the drive through window. Every single time, we ask when ordering to have lids put on our Blizzards as we don’t always eat them right away.
