Great place! I've driven by so many times but have never stopped, until recently. Service is great, everyone has been super friendly, welcoming you as you enter, makes suggestions and answers questions about their products. Each time I've gone in it's been very clean, easy in and out. Prices are decent and all the ingredients have been fresh and tasty! Westerville has a ton of free parking around making it easy to find parking and getting to your destination.
A Columbus staple for a reason, Whit's is certainly among the greats for Columbus frozen treats. I especially like the downtown Westerville locations for its charm. I opted for a small Whitster with Penguin Tracks custard (vanilla with fudge/brownie) with salted caramel and heath mix-ins, but you really can't go wrong at Whit's. Everything is great!

This location can be found in the middle of a small town Main Street (which according to their website is what they're about). There is parallel parking just outside the doors and along the side of the road. The custard is not overly expensive. We tried a mix of chocolate and vanilla and enjoyed both. My only wish was that they didn't crush the M&M's. They have a small number of tables and chairs inside along with two benches.
