One of my favorite sweet spots in Cbus! Mexican ice cream and paletas are some of my favorite treats and I love every visit to Diamonds. They have great selection of aguas de frescas, too. It has a lot of seating and the staff is friendly enough - maybe not "Midwest friendly" but the treats are worth a visit regardless. I'm never disappointed with the flavors they bring!
5 stars and moreeee for this place! It was delicious but the real treat was the worker tad. The way he promiscuously walked to the register to allow me to pay made me feel some type of way. I've visited Diamonds twice, once I had a mangonada and the second time I had a strawberries and cream paleta. The mangonada had nice fresh fruit, flavorful sorbet, and a nice spice from the tajin. There are so many paletas to choose from, but for my first one I went with something I knew I'd like. The texture was really nice and creamy with the fruity zing from the strawberry. They also have a nice selection of agua frescas and food as well that I'd love to try in the future.
