Based on multiple reviews, I Scream Gelato - Polaris is a great gelato spot in the mall. The gelato is outstanding, delicious, and absolutely fantastic, with a richness to the flavor. They always have great flavors available, including a highly suggested chocolate orange gelato, and a lot of good flavors to choose from compared to most gelato places. The crepe is awesome and better than the ones at Disney World. The pricing is very reasonable, with a large with sprinkles for $7.95. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is always so kind, helpful, and patient. The experience is a great pit stop for a quick sweet treat, and the waffle chip that is included is a good touch.
