Had a good experience today at the Lane Avenue Piada. All the employees were super nice. It is unfortunate they cannot accept tips though. I thought the card reader would ask for a tip, it didnt. I tried to give cash and was told they could not accept tips. Sad, because they deserve it! As a server I live on tips and want to reward great customer service which they gave with tips! When I tell you this place has it all!! Unbelievable! This was my first time trying Piada! So many different options, and the young gentleman at the front was so kind and patient and guided me on my journey! Food was delicious, the lighting, music, and ambiance was perfect. absolutely amazing vibes.

Great food! The worker who helped me (Nolan Rothrock ?) was very charming and helpful. I didn’t really know what to do whenever he asked me about a food choice, but he was very patient and thorough with me.
