This particular visit with Piada was unpleasant. I usually love this location, have never been to any other one. I came in at 9:31 (30 mins before they close) and stood there patiently while they made online orders and they said “what can I get you” so I start my order and they’re like “I’ll be with you in JUST A MINUTE” with a rude smile and I was like wow ok … then waited like another 10 mins she started my first half of the order said “ok and next?” And so I started and she was like “SHE’LL HELP YOU” (after she just asked what next then I waited another 5 mins for someone else to finish my bowl and while waiting the other lady was like “I CAN CASH YOU OUT HERE” and they were just like so mean for no reason?? I ended up not leaving til 15 minutes later because I had to wait so long. I work in customer service and know that even if you just wanna close and be out, you be nice to customers no if ands or buts.

Disappointed. Piada’s used to be one of my favorite places to eat.After entering and standing at the counter, none of the 6-8 employees offered to take my order. There were a couple ‘hand’ rolled piadas on the counter, dried and not appetizing at all. I ordered a salad with salmon and a carbonara pasta; the salmon was anything but fresh. It was dried out and most certainly not worth the additional cost of $5.99. On the pasta was pancetta that was unrecognizable and very hard, clearly this was also overcooked and dried out. Not the Piada we’re used to.
