“Dined in for lunch in Labor Day. Food was quick. I love their soup. For beverage I recommend the sweet pear one. Server Leah took care of us really well. Good experience. They have lots of family dine in and the restaurant is kid friendly as well, suitable for family.“

“Going to hurt some feelings today and start this review off by saying Panera is not what it used to be, not by a long shot. However, I do prefer this location over the lawn in Mansfield off of lex avenue. At least here when you pull up to the drive-thru window you get a warm smile and a good morning compared to the same typical Remus and mumbling and just the general sense of I hate my job but you get with that location. The wait time is still a little more than I would like, but at least it's worth it because I do feel like the food here is prepared at least a little bit better. As long as you're not in a huge rush, this isn't a bad stop.“

“Charge me for whole/full salad but only gave a half salad and wasn’t full. Last time ever at Panera. Place is not quality.
Update from 1 to 5 thanks to the manager. I called to make him away if my issue and that I wasn’t looking for compensation. Just making him aware. He immediately apologize and credited our Panera Rewards account. Much appreciated but not necessary. I will gladly return based on the service and attention from the manager.“
