I was very disappointed with how dirty the dining area was tonight. There was food and trash all over the dining area. Plus some tables had trays with dishes on them. This is the first time I’ve been here and first impressions are lasting. (Lexington Panera).
Chick juggling taking orders and finishing my rapid pick order forgot my straw and my bear claw, pretty hangry about it and don't have the will to go back and get what I paid for. 3 stars only because I like panera and there should be a way to report missing items on the app since I eat regularly at a lot of different paneras. I'm pissed

So ordered both the chili and sandwich only to be told they are out of gouda and out of turkey chili. So adjusted my order to include pick 2 with chicken wild rice soup and deli ham sandwich.
