Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. Roger the manager was outstanding. He really cared about making our order perfect. We were making a long drive and wanted to grab tasty food for the road. I love their fresh lemonade and hand cut Idaho potato fries! Excellent customer service and good food to boot. Thanks, Penn Station Subs.

This was our first visit, and these folks are amazing. The staff are extremely attentive, helpful & work very hard. We had the cheese steak and grilled veggies subs with an order of fries. The food was hot, made exactly to order, and the Ashton delivered it to our table. we would certainly recommend this place. We will return to get back into the area.
