Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. The attention to detail and making sure the customer was satisfied was very much appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Penn Station staff! Keep up the good work.

Roger the manager was outstanding. He really cared about making our order perfect. We were making a long drive and wanted to grab tasty food for the road. I love their fresh lemonade and hand cut Idaho potato fries! Excellent customer service and good food to boot. Thanks, Penn Station Subs.

I Ordered a Philly cheesesteak, extra meat and cheese. Very disappointed on how much cheese I got. I couldn’t imagine regular cheese with the extra cheese. You can barely taste it.

This is the worst penn station I have ever been to I came here tonight 2/9/24 and the store isn’t even open? It’s not even 9:30 yet????? You guys are supposed to be open till 10:00????? I just drove across town????? Not to mention the last time I came here the fries weren’t even cooked to order??? Aren’t they supposed to be fresh???? I used to love Penn station in my other city now I cant even eat it

This was our first visit, and these folks are amazing. The staff are extremely attentive, helpful & work very hard. We had the cheese steak and grilled veggies subs with an order of fries. The food was hot, made exactly to order, and the Ashton delivered it to our table. we would certainly recommend this place. We will return to get back into the area.

I went with a friend on the early side of lunchtime on a weekday. There weren’t any clean tables. One employee behind the counter kept yelling loudly at other employees. Not in an angry way but it was very distracting. There was a sweet lady walking around asking if everything was okay, that was nice. I got a flavorless turkey avocado wrap, wouldn’t recommend it. The meal was over $17 for a small. The fries were good, they are similar to fair fries but they have a little crunch.Parking: Free parking lot. It’s on the smaller side but I’ve never seen it completely full.Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly

Ordered a cold cut sub, postage stamp size lettuce, one round ring of onion and one slice of tomato on a 6 inch white bread sub. $9.00… never again. I know produce cost is high but that’s ridiculous.

I have loved penn station for years but I can't seem to get a simple sub correct lately.I ordered the first sub with green pepper, banana pepper, and tomato. It only came with banana pepper and the chicken didn't seem to have teriyaki on it.I called in and they said they would replace it. I wait about 20 mins today and ordered the same thing only i switched the tomato with mushroom. I get home thinking no way it would be wrong and of course no mushrooms and loaded up with onion. Onions are the only thing I don't eat. I tried to pick them off but that didn't work. I called in and said you ain't going to believe this but it has the wrong stuff again.. I didn't ask for another remake, but wasn't offered one either when they clearly said it shouldve had mushrooms not obions.The workers are nice and polite but still I went out of my way to get something again I can't eat and waited about 20mins... so unfortunate.

Roger and the closing crew on Sunday 7/30/2023 gave us the best service! My husband did not tip, I was so impressed with the food I called the store in Ontario, Ohio to tell them how good it was and that I would be stopping by to tip them today and apologized that he did not! Thank you for your excellent service and food!!!
