This place deserves 5 stars im a doordasher and I was there earlier this morning getting a older for a customer and the workers offered me a drink and breakfast sandwich something they never had to do but they did it out of the kindness of there hearts because the order that was being made had a 20min wait on it and thank you to all the workers there you all are amazing and if any other restaurants reading my review should take notes because even tho they did not have to offer me any of that it for sure made my day thank you again panera bread workers“

“Going to hurt some feelings today and start this review off by saying Panera is not what it used to be, not by a long shot. However, I do prefer this location over the lawn in Mansfield off of lex avenue. At least here when you pull up to the drive-thru window you get a warm smile and a good morning compared to the same typical Remus and mumbling and just the general sense of I hate my job but you get with that location. The wait time is still a little more than I would like, but at least it's worth it because I do feel like the food here is prepared at least a little bit better. As long as you're not in a huge rush, this isn't a bad stop.“

“Yummy I went there yesterday on Ashland and the pizza and sub was beyond 😍.
The lady who made the food I have never seen before but she is a keeper.
Fantastic !
The next day I called back to get a repeat and was told by another employee sorry we can't do that even though I explained I just had one made the day before.
I called the other location and was told the same thing.
To me it was a great example of terrible Customer Service.
I didn't mind her saying it might make the sub soggy but as a customer who is paying for it if that's what I wanted It should have been made .“

“I always enjoy Gionino's pizza. We like to get the antipasto salad as well for a little ruffage. I was up visiting family in the Canton area and had fried chicken and jojo potatoes from a Gionino's also. Seemed really weird to get that kind of food from a pizza place, but it was really good so no complaints there.“
