“Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, I ordered an online order when I went to pick up at the establishment. My order was wrong when I told the cashier if they could just add pepperoni to my pizza the cashier refused and said it was company policy if I wanted to get pepperoni in my pizza. I had to go ahead and re-order online and repay again. None of this made any sense to me so tomorrow morning I will make sure to call the management to get to the bottom of this because that is horrible customer service, and at this point I am going to tell anybody I know never to go there ever“
“The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke's name)Today was my dog's 3rd birthday and I figured I'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered "pup cups" and told her it was my dog's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present!The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I'll continue to come back often as long as they're around.“
“Turkey chili soup is very good along with southwest chicken avocado sandwich. ?I havnt been here in years, and a sandwich and soup with medium drink was $18. The soup was very good I must admit. You'll have to decide if it's worth $18. Certainly better than McDonald's but you could get cracker barrel for $18. ???“
“Stopped for a leg stretching break and lunch around noon on a Saturday, busy is an understatement, but that's to be expected!Everyone was friendly and our food was great.They were working hard and are appreciated! We would definitely stop at this location again on another trip. Can't say that for all the turnpike rest stops!“
“Food was fantastic. They do feature specials. We had a new server and she had to go ask questions but returned immediately with answers. We will return. The specials were $12 and my dad had 2 huge pork chops, large side salad and baked potato. I ordered off menu and had filet burgundy which was awesome with salad and baked potato. Lots of food.“
“Got the chicken salad wrap it was very flavorful and my buddy got a spicy steak bowl he enjoyed it as well. Server was very insightful when I asked about the menu. She then told us about future events that are happening here. Back patio is very spacious and a lot of shade. Music playing is very calming. All in all a very good experience and I will be returning very soon.“
“This place was phenomenal. Had a big workout, and came here after for some good lunch. Our server, Linda, did an amazing job with our order, as we were picky about our salads. And the salads, OH MY LORD they were amazing. Like something out of a five star restaurant, so I'm leaving the five stars they've earned.“
“Had the French Onion Burger, topped with delicious, gooey cheese and warm, crispy fries ? on the side along with a perfect Bloody Mary. Our potato skins were excellent as well .Service was friendly and fast, prices were Not insanely high, and there was no need to get dressed up. This was my first visit to Mutt's but it will definitely not be my last.“
“The food is really good. I am a great cook, so I expect food as good as mine. The turkey, gravy and real mashed potatoes are really good. Or, you can get roast beef instead. The ground beef in their double cheeseburgs is soooo tasty. I saved the best for last. They have home made onion rings to die for. You will have to go early, as they close at 3. “Health food and treats Every time I come to downtown Amherst I like to pop in and see what new items they have to offer. I love that they have put in all the work screening items before they put them in the store. They have a great menu of smoothies and paninis. Along with a market offering snacks, drinks and other health related items. In the summer they offer fresh produce. Plus they offer great snack ideas. Always look forward to what is new!“
