Charge me for whole/full salad but only gave a half salad and wasn’t full. Last time ever at Panera. Place is not quality.
Update from 1 to 5 thanks to the manager. I called to make him away if my issue and that I wasn’t looking for compensation. Just making him aware. He immediately apologize and credited our Panera Rewards account. Much appreciated but not necessary. I will gladly return based on the service and attention from the manager.

If you've never had panera, its pretty good. Obviously emphasis on their breads. But honestly nothing mind blowing. Good pastries, but not artisan level. Its fast food but definitely elevated.
However the atmosphere is wildly atrocious. Panera should be known for that quiet, cozy, chill read a book/library feel all while having a bowl of soup and sandwich next to the window and fireplace. The vibe has downgraded. This...read full review
