My cousin and I got the Mac n cheese and it was grainy. I was thankfully able to easy my dish fine but my cousins did not like the texture. I think it’s ridiculous that we pay almost 12 dollars for a large bowl and don’t get the creamy mac n cheese that we went there for.
The quality of food and service seems to be declining everywhere. I don’t think I will continue buying $7-8 sandwiches and salads that look like this. This sandwich looks like it is mostly bread.

Have gone here perhaps 2x/month since we moved here. Food always tastes decent, sometimes they take a while, other times have your order within a couple of minutes (at drive through). At times will they will forget items in the bag. However, the most recent trip (March 2024) gave us food poisoning from the steak and white cheese sandwich.
